Party Rental Payment

1. Eligibility & Reservations:
The Park Forest Pool (PFP) is available for rental by members in good standing.
Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
A rental agreement and payment must be completed to secure the reservation.

2. Rental Hours & Capacity:
Monday-Thursday anytime so long as it doesn’t conflict with swim practice or other PFP events.
Fridays until 2PM as long as it doesn’t conflict with a PFP event.
Saturdays from 9AM-1PM as long as it doesn’t conflict with a PFP event.
Sundays from 9AM-1PM as long as it doesn’t conflict with a PFP event.
Maximum capacity is 50 guests per rental.
For birthday parties the maximum number of children allowed is 20.
Child is defined as anyone under the age of 14
There must be one lifeguard per every 10 children.
3. Fees
Standard Rental Fee: $300 for up to 2 hours.
If booking a child’s party lifeguards are required and must be paid for by the renter. There must be one lifeguard per every 10 children.
Lifeguard fees are as follows: $17/hr per guard for a minimum of 3 hours (half hour before rental for set-up and half hour after rental for tear down)

4. Rules & Conduct:
All pool rules and safety regulations must be followed at all times.
A designated responsible adult (21+) PFP member must be present for the duration of the event.
Lifeguard(s) may be required, at the renter’s expense, depending on the number of guests.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the community.
Rental includes the gazebo and table underneath it plus 2 folding tables.
Renters are welcome to use the silver guest refrigerator but please be mindful that it is a public use member refrigerator.
5. Inclement Weather Policy:
If the pool is closed due to severe weather (thunderstorms, lightning, or unsafe conditions), the event may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If inclement weather occurs after the event has started, refunds will not be issued.
If a renter chooses to cancel due to weather concerns, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the pool management.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are fully refundable minus the lifeguard fees when applicable.
Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
7. Cleanup & Liability:
Renters are responsible for cleaning up all decorations, trash, and personal belongings.
The pool and management are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Renters assume full responsibility for the actions and safety of their guests.
Renter shall be financially responsible for any damages to the PFP fixtures and furniture occurring from such use. Repairs and any extra or unusual costs shall be the responsibility of the member contracting for rental.
By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to comply with all policies outlined above.
